I. Scope of Agreement
1.1 This "Reveal to Hunt Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the game developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Developer") regarding your download, installation, and use of the game "Reveal to Hunt" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") and its related services.
1.2 By downloading, installing, or launching the Game for the first time through an app store (including but not limited to the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other platforms), you represent that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement and its attached Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the Game immediately. Should platform rules or applicable laws require you to confirm an updated version to continue using the Game, you must complete such confirmation in a timely manner; otherwise, you may be unable to continue using the Game services.
1.4 We reserve the right to revise or update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version shall take effect upon publication within the Game or on our official website. It is recommended that you review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.
1.5 To ensure the quality of Game operations and services, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, adjust, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Game services, or suspend or restrict your access to and use of the Game.
II. Access and Use of Services
2.1 You shall bear all costs associated with network connectivity and device expenses required for accessing and using the services.
2.2 By using the services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the services only after your legal guardian has read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
2.3 All risks and responsibilities arising from your download, installation, and use of the Game shall be borne solely by you.
III. Account and Data Management
3.1 This Game is a casual game that does not require account registration to play.
3.2 Game data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear its cache, or switch devices, your game progress may be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.
3.3 iCloud Backup Feature (iOS devices only): You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game progress. This feature is operated independently by Apple Inc., and its data management is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policies.
IV. Fees and Virtual Items
4.1 In-game virtual currency (such as coins, diamonds, etc.) may only be obtained through official designated channels. We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any virtual currency or items obtained through unofficial, illegal, or improper means.
4.2 Virtual currency and items may only be used within the Game. They may not be exchanged for real currency or physical goods, nor may they be transferred, traded, or used for any other commercial purposes.
4.3 We reserve the right, upon reasonable notice (including in-game announcements or notifications on our official website), to adjust the types, pricing, functions, or acquisition methods of virtual currency and items.
V. User Conduct Guidelines
5.1 All your actions and any content generated while using the services shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights of any third party and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and normative documents.
5.2 You agree to adhere to public order, social morality, and online behavioral norms. If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, feature restrictions, and account suspension, depending on the severity of the violation.
5.3 Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized third-party programs, exploitation of game vulnerabilities, interference with the normal operation of game services, and infringement of intellectual property rights.
VI. Intellectual Property Statement
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Game (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, artwork, character designs, interface layouts, sound effects, and trademarks) belong to the Developer. No individual or entity may reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Game for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
VII. Disclaimer
7.1 The Game services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding their suitability, stability, continuity, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure, third-party service interruptions, network issues, or your improper use of the services.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental losses arising from your use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of law provisions).
X. Severability
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
XI. Assignment of Agreement
11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate or an acquiring party without your prior consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
